Purchased a GV60 in October. 99% of the work was done remotely. Danny Combs was exceptionally responsive and helpful. When I arrived, it took literally 5 minutes to complete the actual purchase at Genesis. Another 1/2 an hour to an hour was needed to review all the necessary information to set up and drive away with the car. Very positive experience.

Genesis of SW Omaha provided the best car buying experience we've ever had. It started with Matt. We're from Colorado and weren't satisfied with the Denver Genesis dealers (see my review on Genesis of Golden). I got online and saw that GSWO had the exact GV70 we were looking for. I contacted Matt via email, and 10 emails later, we had a deal. It was great to deal with a professional sales manager that didn't play games. Best deal upfront, without the usual games. Also want to shout out Andrew in finance and Karter in technology. Both did outstanding jobs. Andrew emailed all documents in advance and we filled them out while still in Colorado. When we arrived at the dealership we signed the trade-in title and wrote the check. Everything else was already done, great efficiency. Karter met with my wife for 35 minutes, covering all of the tech features of the GV70, and personalizing all the settings so that the car was ready to go. Knowledgeable and personable - we were in good hands. We drove 600 miles to buy our Genesis from GSWO, it was definitely worth it! We highly recommend GSWO to everyone looking for a new Genesis from a fantastic, professional dealership.

My experience with Woodhouse Genesis has been nothing but exceptional. My wife and I had been discussing the purchasing of a new car for sometime now. Neither one of us have purchased new, always used and never anything nice, just good enough to get us where we needed to be. Those cars served us well but we were at a point in our life where we could afford to buy something nicer. We looked at several options including a Lexus, Cadillac and Genesis. The Genesis was very nice but I was a bit apprehensive about the lack of history as a car company. We continued to look at other options but we always found ourselves coming back to Genesis. After spending a significant amount of time reviewing our choices, we made an appointment with Danny to come in and test drive a Genesis GV70. Upon arrival, we saw the GV80, and while it was not something we had planned on looking at, Danny was nothing but friendly and helpful in setting up test drives of both the GV70 and GV 80, including different engine options. After driving both, we realized that the GV 80 was the car for us, however, it was more than I had planned on spending and wasn't quite ready to make the commitment. Danny allowed me to put a small deposit on the car to hold it over the weekend while we took the time to decide what was best for us. No pressure and he reassured me that if we decided it wasn't for us, the deposit was fully refundable. We did ultimately decide to proceed and after a little back and forth on the price, we came to an agreement. From that point on, Danny was in regular communication with us, always upbeat and friendly and very responsive to any questions we had. We have since picked up the car and we love it. We have all heard and/or experienced the horror stories of buying a car but I can honestly say that at no point did I feel pressured. It was very relaxed and even when being offered some of the add on items (warranties, etc.), I felt very comfortable in those discussions. The entire team at Genesis was nothing but friendly and helpful and a special shout out to Danny as he went above and beyond to make it a great experience. I am looking forward to enjoying our new car for a long time and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Danny and the team and Genesis if you find yourself in the market for a new vehicle.

My sales consultant was Danny Combs, and I found him to be highly personable, knowledgeable, and a straight shooter -- something that is essential to me. And Danny always followed up as promised. Their feature expert, Daisy, who walked through the car's capabilities with me when I arrived in Omaha, was also a pleasure to deal with, and she followed up nicely after the sale. Last, their finance manager, Elaine, was efficient and pleasant while explaining the financing details with me over the phone in advance of my arrival.
